Booking confirmation:
will be confirmed on
receipt of the signed booking form accompanied by a deposit of £200.00 of the
rent which is non refundable. |

Security Deposit: will
also be asked for and retained per week (or part week), and returned to you after your stay,
provided no damage or breakages have occurred, once an inventory report has
been received from our staff. |

|
Full Payment: of the balance of rent
will be due six weeks before the start of the tenancy along with the security
deposit. If your holiday is due to commence within the six weeks of your
booking, please send the full amount and the security deposit together
with your booking form. |

Terms and Conditions:

provided with your booking form in the post. |

Arrival: We will send
directions and key arrangements to you two weeks prior to your holiday. You
may arrive at the apartment 3 pm onwards please vacate on your last day by 10
am. |

|
Cleaning: The
apartment is cleaned between each let however we do ask our guests to ensure
that the apartment is left as it was found clean and tidy. |

|
After Booking: You will
receive a confirmation letter confirming your booked dates, amount owed and
the date it will be due. You should also read through the conditions attached
carefully. If you decide to cancel your holiday within six weeks of your
booking you will be liable for the full holiday cost. |
